Last updated November 2, 2026. These terms cover your use of delawarenewopenings.com, operated by HD Signals LLC (“we”). By using the site you agree to them.

What the service is

Delaware New Openings gathers public records and organizes them into lists of businesses that appear to be new or on the way. A record is a signal, not a promise: a business may open late, change its name or never open. What this covers. Every trade, but it isn't only storefronts: many holders work from home or from a van. “New” is our reading of the year in the license number, which we tested but the state doesn't define. There's no forward date.

Free list and Pro membership

• The free list is free. We may change what it includes.
• Pro is $29 per month, billed by HD Signals LLC through Stripe, and appears on your statement as DE NEW OPENINGS.
• Founding members: if you join before December 1, 2026, Pro is open to you right away, your card is saved at checkout and first charged on December 1, 2026. Cancel any time before then and you are not charged.
• After that, Pro renews monthly until you cancel. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues to the end of the period you paid for.
• Promo codes apply as described when you redeem them and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• If something went wrong with a charge, contact us and we will make it right.

Using the data

The lists are for your own business use. Don't resell or republish them in bulk. Follow the law when you contact a business, including anti-spam and telemarketing rules.

No warranty

Public records contain mistakes and we can make our own. The service is provided as is, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
